Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jiliff. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

jiliff accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your account or any rights therein to any third party. Accounts found to have been transferred will be suspended and any remaining balance forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier — verified accounts with higher KYC clearance levels are eligible for increased transaction limits.

Upon termination, jiliff will process a return of any verified remaining balance to the account holder's registered payment method, net of any amounts properly withheld under these Terms, within a reasonable period. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be forfeited upon termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliff has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiliff's total cumulative liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that user in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliff does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliff will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
jiliff may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version at jiliff.vip/terms-conditions. jiliff will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email to registered users or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jiliff operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jiliff customer support for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority. Users and jiliff agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
